Build and install, stated plainly
Every listing states the build, the plumbing and that an LED mirror or any mains item in a bathroom must be wired by a qualified electrician to the zone rules, so you can plan a bathroom — and have it fitted safely, fixed, plumbed and wired by the right trades.
Plumbing, electrical & wall-fixing safety
A wall-hung vanity, cabinet or basin must be fixed to a solid, load-bearing wall with fixings rated for its weight when loaded with water and contents; a basin and tap must be connected and the water supply pressure-tested by a competent installer. A bathroom is a wet zone: an LED mirror, mirror cabinet or any mains item must be wired by a qualified electrician to the bathroom zone rules, with the correct IP rating and RCD protection, and kept out of direct water spray. Ventilate the room to manage moisture, seal joints to the wall, and keep to the stated weight limits. CE marked where applicable.

You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, as German and EU law provides. An item must be returned complete and, where possible, in its original packaging; a unit that has been cut, fixed, plumbed or wired in cannot be returned, as it cannot be refitted safely. Unused, uncut units and accessories may be returned within the withdrawal period.
